Shipping policy
TIC will typically ship any completed order within 2 business days, often on the same business day if it is placed before 3pm PT. We may contact a buyer via the phone number or email address provided to verify the authenticity of the payment. We do this to minimize fraudulent orders and protect our customers.
For any order with free shipping, we reserve the right to utilize the shipping method of our choice. We typically ship our product from our warehouse in City of Industry, CA, primarily via UPS. Some small part orders are shipped via USPS. Most continental US orders will arrive within 5 business days upon shipment. We are not responsible for any potential weather delay. For any premium express shipping option, we reserve the right to substitute the shipping option with another method with an equivalent guaranteed shipping time, subject to option availability and pickup cutoff deadline.
As explained in our refund policy, any return may be subject to a deduction of the original shipping cost if the order is placed with the free shipping discount.
TIC does offer international order shipping. Any international order must be processed via PayPal checkout since PayPal offers the highest level of protection for both sellers and buyers. Any international order processed via other methods will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order if the shipping quote provided at checkout is not accurate. In addition, TIC is not responsible for any custom or duty fee levied by a foreign custom agency. If you'd like, please contact us directly to receive an accurate shipping quote. The automated international shipping quote is often significantly higher than the actual freight cost. We can help to lower your cost by building a custom quote for international orders. Please note that our 1-year warranty policy does not fully apply to international territories. For any warranty repair or exchange, you must pay for shipping both ways.
